Candidate Profile

• Two to three years of experience in ETFs, Investment Funds, or Financial Regulation.
• Solid knowledge of ETF products and fund architecture.
• Experience in supporting regulatory or fund-related documents and driving project execution.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with strong focus on accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
• Capable of managing several tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• A proactive attitude combined with a strong client service orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support ETF and investment fund projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and review client and regulatory documentation to facilitate project progress.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, legal counsel, and internal teams.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timelines and client expectations are achieved.
• Provide assistance with regulatory submissions and keep updated with regulatory changes affecting the investment funds sector.
• Participate in driving operational enhancements, team initiatives, and implementing best practices within the department.
