Our client, a well-established large organisation based in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Head of People Operations to lead one of their most active operational divisions. Role Responsibilities

• Manage teams across Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, Reward, HR Administration, and employee services.
• Collaborate with the Transformation team to implement AI, automation, and self-service solutions.
• Ensure operational excellence with continuous delivery of high-quality business-as-usual services.
• Enhance governance, compliance, and accuracy of HR data management procedures.
• Lead the adoption of new technologies and service management tools.
• Work in close partnership with senior leadership to align operational goals with organizational strategy.

Candidate Profile

• At least 10 years of leadership experience managing extensive HR Operations or Shared Services teams.
• Broad experience covering Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, and Reward functions.
• Proven ability to lead large operational departments within complex organisational structures.
• Track record of supporting and driving transformation, automation, or process improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, GDPR compliance, and operational controls.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
