Job Overview

The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and capitalizing on new business prospects, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding revenue sources within the fashion, luxury retail, and jewelry industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, brands, service providers, and corporate clients.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, memorandums of understanding, and service agreements.
  • Create tailored business proposals, presentations, and partnership offers that align with client needs.
  • Lead end-to-end business development activities from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth possibilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and partnership obligations.
  • Assist in recruiting, screening, and onboarding trainees for fashion and jewelry-related educational programs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through connections with educational institutions, training centers, and industry networks.
  • Monitor project progress and generate business reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management review.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Law, or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or commercial operations.
  • Strong expertise in contract preparation, negotiation, and commercial documentation management.
  • Experience in composing proposals and preparing professional business presentations.
  • Background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or trainee placement programs is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the fashion, luxury retail, or jewelry sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other business communication tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred.
  • Possession of a personal car is mandatory.
