They are expanding their People Advisory practice and seek a seasoned Director to lead complex HR Transformation initiatives, develop the practice, and mentor high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead expansive HR Transformation programs encompassing operating model design, organisational architecture, workforce planning, and process enhancements.
- Advise senior client leaders to craft pragmatic, people-centric strategies aligned with overarching business goals.
- Facilitate HR technology transformation projects involving platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM, ensuring integration of processes, systems, and operating models.
- Drive business development by managing proposals, nurturing client relationships, and identifying avenues to broaden advisory services.
- Contribute to the growth and innovation of People Advisory offerings and spearhead thought leadership initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and mentor consulting teams to foster a high-performance, inclusive work culture.
- Deliver change and organisational effectiveness programs covering organisational design, leadership development, talent strategies, and workforce planning.
- Ensure commercial success through strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and focus on measurable outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum six years of experience delivering end-to-end HR Transformation programs in consulting or large organisational settings.
- Expertise in HR operating model design, organisational design, HR process optimisation, and workforce strategy.
- Hands-on experience with HR technology implementations such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
- Proven commercial acumen with skills in client relationship management, business development, and team leadership.
- Exceptional stakeholder management ability with capability to influence executive leadership and drive complex change initiatives.
- Additional advantage for candidates with experience in change management, organisational development, people analytics, or M&A HR due diligence.
