Field Recruiter - Murshidabad

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Murshidabad. This role focuses on attracting and enrolling bike riders and cab driver partners by conducting recruitment activities directly in the field. The ideal candidate should be proactive, have excellent communication abilities, and be willing to travel extensively within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit bike riders and cab driver-partners through field visits, community campaigns, referrals, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
• Engage with potential candidates by conducting outreach efforts on the ground.
• Provide clear explanations of onboarding procedures, earning potential, incentives, and necessary documentation.
• Support candidates in gathering, verifying documents, and registering their profiles.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and timely activation of recruited partners.
• Monitor daily progress in recruitment, onboarding, and partner activation activities.
• Meet established hiring targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain detailed records of candidates and generate regular recruitment reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
• Experience ranging from six months to two years in field recruitment, hiring for blue-collar roles, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned location.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets is advantageous.
• Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working independently.
