About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter fresher to join our team at Ilayaraja Canteen in Saidapet, Chennai. This is a full-time daytime position running from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates by sourcing from job sites and social media platforms.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates matching job requirements.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates during the recruitment journey.
- Ensure proper documentation by managing candidate databases and recruitment records accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills in Tamil; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with recruitment tools.
- Eagerness to learn recruitment procedures and processes.
- Positive mindset coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
