About the Role
This full-time position based in Bengaluru requires candidates with 5 to 12 years of experience in talent acquisition. The job entails working from the office with night shifts and 24x7 rotational support. To qualify for the interview process, candidates must obtain an EPCN number by registering on the TCS portal under the 'BPO' interest area, which will generate a unique TCS number starting with EP2026XXXX.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including intake calls, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, digital offer management, and onboarding initiation.
- Maintain and efficiently utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and workflow tools, ensuring records are current and accurate.
- Consistently achieve targeted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build and sustain a robust candidate repository and talent pipeline.
- Apply industry knowledge to identify optimal candidate matches for openings.
- Commit to ongoing learning of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) best practices to enhance skills and processes.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to share insights and keep candidates engaged.
- Promote a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Contribute to data governance by ensuring integrity and security of HR and new hire records in line with statutory compliance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting systems to analyze recruitment metrics and make informed data-driven recommendations.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven sourcing and screening expertise within the Indian job market.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment workflow tools, including interview scheduling and offer creation.
- Experience initiating background checks and managing candidate information efficiently.
- Strong communication abilities, including attentive listening and clear articulation.
- Familiarity with hiring apprentices and the NATS portal.
- Competence in managing stakeholder relationships, providing timely status updates to hiring managers, team leads, and client points of contact.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience recruiting talent for geographies outside of India is advantageous.
