GWS SMB Specialist (Collab, DRTC, DevExt)

About the Role

This position focuses on supporting Google Workspace SMB products, including Collaboration tools, Direct RTC (DRTC), and Developer Extensions. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting and technical assistance for ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, and Android Management across networking and communication technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support in managing ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, and Android devices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to RTC technologies such as Meet, Chat, and Voice services.
• Diagnose device versus network-related problems, utilizing strong networking fundamentals.
• Engage with customers effectively, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience supporting ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, and Android device management.
• Solid understanding of RTC technologies, including Meet, Chat, and Voice.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset in technical support scenarios.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Google Admin Console and managing Workspace licensing.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Understanding of ITIL v4 frameworks and security principles.
• Certifications related to Google Workspace or ChromeOS are advantageous.
