Overview

The Counter Sales Executive position is key in providing superior customer service within a high-end retail space. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products while ensuring exceptional service delivery
• Meet and surpass daily and monthly sales goals
• Uphold the visual appeal and overall condition of the store through merchandising
• Manage billing processes, handle cash transactions, and operate POS systems accurately
• Oversee stock management and maintain inventory integrity
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeated purchases

Candidate Requirements

• At least six months of experience in retail sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Enthusiastic about sales and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and maintaining store standards

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹18000 to ₹21000 inclusive of PF and ESI contributions
