Hydraulic Mechanic Technician

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Mechanic Technician to join our industrial operations team. The role involves assembling, installing, and repairing hydraulic hoses and fittings primarily on trucks and heavy machinery. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing maintenance, and ensuring the hydraulic systems function efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and repair hydraulic hoses, seals, valves, and related components.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in hydraulic systems of trucks and heavy equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Inspect hydraulic machinery to guarantee safety and operational efficiency.
• Interpret hydraulic diagrams and technical manuals for accurate repairs and servicing.
• Maintain tools and adhere to safety regulations during work.
• Document service activities and maintain detailed maintenance records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years practical experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic Technician.
• Proficient in servicing hydraulic systems of trucks and heavy equipment.
• Strong ability to diagnose and fix hydraulic hose assemblies and components.
• In-depth knowledge of hydraulic tools, fittings, pumps, valves, and cylinders.
• Age limit: up to 40 years.
