About the Position
2Coms Consulting Pvt Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join their team in Kolkata. This full-time role focuses on fostering relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to fuel business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with local business owners and enterprises through onsite visits.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to uncover new business opportunities.
- Promote the company’s services effectively to attract and secure new clients.
- Carry out market research to identify and evaluate potential business leads.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee smooth onboarding processes for clients.
- Meet preset business development goals and revenue objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of relevant experience in field marketing, sales, business development, audit, survey, or client acquisition roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work independently and willingness to travel within designated areas.
- Educational background of a graduate preferred; however, candidates with 12th grade completion and suitable experience may be considered.
- Must demonstrate proactivity, confidence, and strong focus on targets.
