Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks according to established procedures.
• Perform a variety of linen-related functions, following system policies and guidelines.
• Use and maintain specialized floor equipment, including responsibilities such as stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, shampooing, extracting, sweeping, and mopping as needed.
• Execute daily cleaning assignments using approved aseptic methods and specialized cleaning equipment.
• Ensure correct and safe use of all cleaning agents, observing required safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment as necessary.
• Follow all infection control measures and universal precaution standards to guarantee a consistently sanitary facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple issues as they arise, escalating complex matters appropriately.
• Carry out additional assigned tasks as required to support hospital operations.
