Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with disability in preparing for, securing, and sustaining gainful employment.
- Help participants recognize their strengths, build confidence, and navigate challenges in new roles.
- Develop creative strategies to address employment obstacles, ensuring each participant has necessary support for success.
- Advocate for inclusive recruitment practices and workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate every accomplishment, both large and small, alongside participants.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with organizations committed to diversity and inclusion, to promote employment opportunities.
