Role Overview
This position is a multifaceted role combining direct support for individuals with disabilities and those facing employment barriers, with responsibilities in sales, relationship building, and administrative duties. You will contribute to delivering meaningful employment outcomes, helping participants achieve independence through gainful work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong rapport with participants to understand and support their employment aspirations.
- Prepare candidates for employment by enhancing job readiness, interview skills, resume building, and strategies for job searching and training access.
- Advocate actively for participants to employers and secure job placements.
- Create employment opportunities through cold calling, employer site visits, and face-to-face employer engagement.
- Maintain and nurture a pipeline of local employers to convert opportunities into successful placements.
- Discover and leverage unadvertised job openings via proactive business development.
- Confidently pitch candidates’ capabilities to match employer requirements.
- Influence employer hiring decisions by emphasizing the benefits of inclusive recruitment.
- Negotiate arrangements such as job trials, work experience, and wage subsidy programs to facilitate employment.
- Manage employer relations to foster repeat business and ongoing vacancies.
- Meet and surpass KPIs related to placement outcomes, participant engagement, and business development activities.
- Schedule and conduct regular participant follow-ups to monitor progress toward employment goals.
- Ensure compliance with program standards through precise documentation and data management.
- Celebrate participant milestones to build confidence and sustained engagement.

- Consistent attainment of KPIs and target outcomes.

Candidate Profile
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with employers.
- Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or other client-facing roles.

Additional Information and Requirements
