Make a meaningful difference by supporting individuals to prepare for and secure sustainable employment. As an Employment Consultant at APM's Goodna, Queensland Workforce Australia site, you will help create brighter futures for participants through personalised guidance and advocacy.

- Your previous experience could be in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration, equipping you well for employment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable job opportunities and assist participants in preparing for, securing, and sustaining employment.
- Enhance participant confidence by highlighting strengths and addressing barriers.
- Design tailored support plans meeting individual needs.
- Advocate for inclusive workplaces and necessary adjustments.
- Celebrate participant achievements to motivate continued success.
- Develop and maintain employer relationships focused on diversity and opportunities.

Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work in Australia.
- Possession of a current driver's licence and insured vehicle.
- MyGovID at Standard level.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
