• Your previous experience could be in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration, equipping you well for employment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable job opportunities and assist participants in preparing for, securing, and sustaining employment.
• Enhance participant confidence by highlighting strengths and addressing barriers.
• Design tailored support plans meeting individual needs.
• Advocate for inclusive workplaces and necessary adjustments.
• Celebrate participant achievements to motivate continued success.
• Develop and maintain employer relationships focused on diversity and opportunities.

Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work in Australia.
• Possession of a current driver's licence and insured vehicle.
• MyGovID at Standard level.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
• Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
