About the Role
We are seeking an Employment Consultant passionate about assisting individuals with disabilities to find meaningful employment opportunities. This position is based in Deniliquin, NSW, as part of the Inclusive Employment Australia Program at APM Employment Services.

- Innovate and provide creative solutions to address employment barriers faced by participants.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and appropriate workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate milestone achievements and successful employment placements with participants.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with employers committed to diversity and inclusion.

Additional Information and Requirements
- Applicants must have legal eligibility to work in Australia.
- A valid driver’s license and ownership of a comprehensively insured vehicle are required.
- Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
- Willingness to undergo National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Available for full-time employment Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
