Role Overview
APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for its Casuarina, Northern Territory site within the Workforce Australia Program. The role focuses on helping people prepare for work, secure suitable jobs, and build sustainable employment pathways that can improve their lives.

What You Will Do
You will support participants in the Workforce Australia program as they prepare for, find, and keep sustainable employment. The role involves helping people recognise their strengths, build confidence, and move into work with purpose and direction.
You will also develop creative ways to remove barriers to employment, advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace adjustments, celebrate successful placements, and build partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion.

Employment Conditions
- Must be eligible to work in Australia

- Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm
