About the Role
Are you passionate about financial communications and eager to enhance your career? CDR Singapore is looking for a Consultant to deliver strategic communications and investor relations services that make a significant impact for our clientele. This role requires a solid understanding of financial markets, storytelling ability, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement public relations and investor relations campaigns that strengthen client reputation through compelling narratives.
- Lead the creation of proposals and strategic recommendations for current and potential clients.
- Produce, edit, and refine news releases, factsheets, speeches, and presentations targeted at financial audiences.
- Perform daily monitoring and analysis of media, summarizing important market and sector developments.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with media professionals, analysts, and fund managers.
- Keep clients updated on industry trends and regulatory shifts with timely business insights.
- Stay informed about current news and industry changes that influence client operations.
- Engage in new business development activities, focusing on research and intelligence gathering.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support the growth of CDR.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, finance, asset management, or corporate communications.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in PR (agency or in-house), financial journalism, investor relations, or asset management.
- Outstanding written communication skills with the capacity to simplify complex financial information into engaging content.
- Fluent in English both oral and written to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and proven relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, capable of meeting deadlines within a fast-moving environment.
- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
