Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced skills in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, alongside Kofax/Adobe PDF tools and other firm-specific technologies.
- Apply proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Firefly; this is advantageous though not compulsory.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, leveraging individual strengths to boost team productivity.
- Handle inquiries responsibly by resolving issues directly or escalating when necessary.
- Exhibit strong organizational capabilities by proactively recognizing challenges, devising solutions, and acting to improve client service quality.
- Maintain a strong client-service orientation supporting both internal and external clients with professionalism, discretion, integrity, and tact reflecting the firm’s values.
- Demonstrate advanced English communication skills with attention to spelling, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and editing.
- Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving ability, including the use of probing questions to clarify ambiguous scenarios and determine appropriate responses.
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently, adapting swiftly to changing demands and performing under tight deadlines.
- Be comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, technically demanding, and deadline-driven digital environment.
Working Hours
- Evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Training period shift from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM
