About the Role
We are searching for an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team of a rapidly expanding legal technology company. This pivotal position involves managing a variety of high-level responsibilities including coordination of board meetings, investor relations, and key business projects within a dynamic SaaS environment. The role is based in Manchester with a hybrid work pattern requiring at least three days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support to the CEO and senior leadership ensuring efficient management of their schedules and priorities.
- Organize and oversee logistics for board meetings, including preparation of board packs and ensuring governance compliance.
- Coordinate communications with investors and assist with investor relations activities.
- Manage complex, multi-time zone diary and international travel arrangements.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience supporting C-suite executives, especially in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Strong diary and travel management capabilities along with senior stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with board meeting processes and governance support.
- Preferably experienced with investor relations or investor communication tasks.
- Excellent organizational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- High degree of discretion and integrity handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create polished documentation and presentations.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite—Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfortable utilizing AI-based productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Experience in a fast-scaling SaaS or technology firm is a strong advantage.
Compensation and Work Details
This is a full-time permanent position with salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The work arrangement is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week onsite in Manchester.
