Role Responsibilities

• Process and manage Accounts Payable tasks including reviewing supplier invoices for domestic and international vendors.
• Interpret and understand Purchase Orders and agreements to accurately assess and validate supplier invoices regularly.
• Maintain and update the AP tracker with remarks and invoice statuses.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and discrepancies.
• Enter invoices into accounting software and record payment transactions.
• Support the team in providing necessary documentation during Statutory and Internal Audits.
• Regularly obtain balance confirmations and statements of account from suppliers.
• Provide relevant data to Managers for MIS and report preparation.
• Perform various ad hoc tasks as needed in response to business dynamics.
