Role Summary
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to join our team as a Deputy Manager in Finance and Accounts. The position involves hands-on engagement with manufacturing units and requires extensive expertise in financial and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage finance and accounts operations with a focus on costing, compliance, and audits.
- Oversee implementation and adherence to SOX compliance and US GAAP standards.
- Handle management information systems (MIS) reporting and financial reporting processes.
- Coordinate transfer pricing, inventory management, and product costing activities.
- Supervise audits and ensure compliance with taxation laws, including GST and TDS.
- Apply Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Utilize SAP software for financial management and reporting.
Candidate Expectations
- Excellent command of English communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong background and hands-on experience in finance and accounts functions.
