This position involves leading the growth and management of strategic enterprise partnerships within the luxury service and private aviation sectors, based in the United States. The role focuses on building trusted, long-term collaborations with family offices, concierge organizations, and affluent client networks. Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategies to engage family offices, multi-family offices, concierge firms, and advisors serving ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with senior executives, principals, chiefs of staff, and critical decision-makers in luxury service ecosystems.
- Identify and pursue new strategic partnership prospects independently via networking and outreach.
- Conduct both virtual and face-to-face discussions to tailor private aviation services aligned with partner needs.
- Manage onboarding, launch programs, and maintain ongoing relationship initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with technology and operational teams to guarantee smooth partner integrations and service delivery.
- Contribute to resolving complex client challenges, service recovery, and process improvements.
- Represent the organization at industry events, private forums, and relationship-focused engagements.
- Keep abreast of market trends, client demands, and competitor services to discover growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess goals, performance, and strategic projects.
- Maintain current CRM data, manage pipeline visibility, forecast accurately, and provide partnership reports.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience collaborating with family offices, multi-family offices, concierge firms, luxury service providers, or similar high-service client environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing and expanding strategic partnerships within premium and relationship-centric industries.
- In-depth knowledge of service ecosystems catering to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and entities.
- Expertise in consultative sales, enterprise relationship management, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Exceptional ability to build trusting and discreet relationships with professionalism and credibility.
- Strong negotiation competencies aimed at sustainable business results.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a polished executive presence.
- Highly organized and proactive mindset, adept at managing multiple intricate relationships.
- Skilled at collaborating with distributed teams across various business functions.
- Experience integrating technology-enabled solutions within tailored service models.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or their equivalents.
