About the Role
Based in Nashville, TN, this full-time position reports to the Director of Revenue Operations. This role focuses on managing a large portfolio of over 200 clinical client accounts through a structured and proactive engagement strategy aimed at promoting product adoption, client retention, and account growth. The position emphasizes relationship-building and long-term account management rather than quick sales acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of a substantial portfolio of self-pay clinic partners.
- Track and analyze customer health indicators such as ordering frequency and platform engagement.
- Initiate outreach to clients exhibiting decreased activity or disengagement.
- Discover and pursue upselling and cross-selling prospects.
- Assist clinics with repeat orders and maximizing benefits from the platform.
- Offer product guidance, operational assistance, and share best practices with clinic partners.
- Collaborate with Customer Onboarding Specialists to ensure seamless transition post-sale.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement and increase ordering volume.
- Maintain thorough and precise documentation of all client interactions using CRM and sales tools including HubSpot and Gong.
- Contribute to creating scalable customer success programs and outreach campaigns.
- Provide customer feedback and insights to internal teams for experience improvement.
Success Criteria
- Achieve strong retention and engagement in Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts.
- Boost repeat purchasing and platform utilization among managed clinics.
- Identify and recover at-risk accounts proactively.
- Effectively manage a high-volume portfolio via scalable engagement methods.
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in relationship-driven sales roles such as Account Manager, Relationship Sales Manager, or Account Executive.
- Background in managing B2B customer portfolios and recognizing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Interest in peptide and wellness products like GLP-1s, NAD+, and IV wellness therapies.
- Strong communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales platforms, including HubSpot and Gong, with an emphasis on detailed documentation.
- A proactive approach to addressing and resolving customer challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging with healthcare providers, clinics, or medical practices within a cash-pay healthcare context.
- Comfort navigating the ambiguities and changes typical of startup environments; self-driven and adaptable.
- Familiarity with supporting SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or ordering systems.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is competitive and dependent on experience, skill set, and location. Additional compensation may include performance incentives, benefits, and company equity options.
