What you will do
In this position, you will help shape and deliver digital products across multiple channels, with a strong focus on lending journeys such as credit cards and personal loans. You will also support product adoption, usage tracking, reporting, compliance, and ongoing service improvement while working closely with internal stakeholders and leading team activities where required.
- Spot opportunities to improve and expand digital offerings across internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, and digital TV channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive digital sales and acquisition initiatives, especially for lending journeys such as credit cards and personal loans.
- Plan and coordinate onboarding, customer usage, and migration activities for assigned digital products to ensure a smooth experience and quick resolution of service issues.
- Track usage metrics and revenue-related KPIs, analyze trends, and use insights to guide product improvements.
- Work with analytics, operations, and customer service teams to maintain accurate reporting, escalate issues on time, and improve product performance.
- Make sure products and services meet required regulatory and quality standards, including ISO 9001 expectations for internet and mobile banking.
- Lead and manage self and team activity in line with bank policies, procedures, and people-management practices.
- Organize team work, monitor progress, and ensure objectives and business plans are delivered as required.
- Apply approved departmental policies, systems, and procedures consistently and ensure team compliance.
- Encourage and support change initiatives, improvement programs, and projects that strengthen service and performance.
- Deliver high standards of customer service in all internal and external interactions by following ADCB service expectations.
