About the Role and Business Area
This opportunity is aimed at Saudi nationals to join the Corporate & Investment Banking Group at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in Riyadh, KSA. The group delivers a range of corporate banking solutions including investment and transaction banking as well as financial markets services. These offerings are supported by advanced digital platforms reaching clients domestically and throughout the MENA region. The clientele includes government entities, financial institutions, large and medium corporates, SMEs, and strategic partnerships with leading international banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire and onboard new clients through comprehensive financial analysis and precise credit application submissions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while meeting sales targets and securing profitable deals.
- Identify client needs to propose new banking solutions and enroll clients in alternative channels and value-added services aimed at growing transaction volumes and expanding the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain detailed client dossiers that provide a comprehensive 360-degree view to anticipate and address current and future client needs.
- Conduct periodic client visits to evaluate and report on risk profiles, updating approval authorities about any significant changes.
- Uphold the bank’s service standards by consistently demonstrating commitment during all customer and internal interactions.
- Manage personal performance in accordance with the bank's people management policies, maximizing contribution to business outcomes.
- Comply fully with organizational and departmental policies, procedures, and operating standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
Experience and Qualification Requirements
- Minimum of five years managing client relationships and portfolios within the banking sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proficient in balance sheet analysis and interpreting key financial ratios.
