Core Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver customer-centric products and services, enhancing customer processes and systems, managing partnerships, and overseeing marketing activities aligned with Retail Banking's strategic and financial targets.
• Develop product strategies to increase market share and profitability for existing card products; propose and launch new product offerings and strategic alliances to boost visibility and competitive positioning.
• Oversee product portfolio composition, customer usage behavior, funding costs, and yields to ensure alignment with business goals while complying with legal and regulatory standards.
• Lead effective customer communication efforts by creating product collaterals, term sheets, and coordinating customer campaigns across different marketing channels.
• Stay informed about market trends and technological advancements, integrating new developments into ADCB's card offerings.
• Manage budgeting and monitoring of advertising and promotional expenditures related to card product programs.
• Contribute creatively to the planning and execution of customer acquisition initiatives to maximize sales and product awareness.
• Track and evaluate acquisition program performance, diagnosing issues and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with external partners, vendors, and internal teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring timely submission of reports and effective communication.
• Pursue opportunities to enhance value propositions for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in budget preparation and closely monitor financial performance, addressing underperformance and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
• Lead, develop, and manage team members by setting objectives, providing feedback, and fostering engagement in line with ADCB people management policies.
• Recommend enhancements to departmental policies and procedures to maintain compliance and deliver best-in-class products and services.
• Support organizational change initiatives by contributing insights grounded in industry best practices.
• Deliver excellent customer service aligned with ADCB's Promise and Service Standards in all interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum six years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
• Specialized experience in credit and debit card products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Strong numerical and financial analysis capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary range between AED 28000 and AED 42000, with eligibility for variable pay plans.
