About Terzo
Terzo operates at the intersection of enterprise financial management and AI, transforming vast, unstructured commercial data into a dynamic Financial Intelligence Graph. This platform connects contract, vendor, spending, obligations, and risk information to empower enterprises to control and optimize critical commercial relationships. Terzo's clientele includes Fortune 500 procurement leaders, CFOs, and General Counsels who leverage these insights to manage contract-related risks, curb cost leakage, and maintain vendor portfolios worth hundreds of millions of dollars. The company fosters a culture rooted in ownership, continuous learning, high standards, and candid communication, attracting talented individuals passionate about making meaningful impact in an evolving AI-driven enterprise space.
Position Overview
As a Senior Product Manager at Terzo, you will engage closely with enterprise clients, addressing high-impact finance and procurement challenges where stakes often reach tens of millions of dollars. You will guide product direction and delivery across Terzo's platform, balancing competing business needs without a set precedent, and cultivating deep product insight by staying attuned to customer pain points. Your collaboration will span engineering, design, and go-to-market teams internally, while externally you will build strong relationships with enterprise buyers including CFOs, CPOs, and General Counsels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and roadmap across critical components of the Terzo platform, including AI-driven workflows, analytics, the Financial Intelligence Graph, and NirvanAI features.
- Clarify ambiguous enterprise challenges into actionable requirements and prioritize decisively without waiting for direction.
- Define how AI technologies, structured graph data, and agentic workflows integrate into user-friendly, trustworthy enterprise experiences.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to make strategic platform and experience trade-offs.
- Partner with design to craft comprehensive user flows and AI-native UX patterns focused on clarity and trustworthiness.
- Engage directly with customers for problem validation, solution testing, and impact assessment.
- Represent the product perspective during sales and pre-sales meetings, establishing credibility with senior financial and procurement leaders.
- Set success metrics aligned with customer outcomes, adoption rates, and business value.
- Drive end-to-end product development from discovery to launch and ongoing iteration independently.
- Coordinate cross-functionally among engineering, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.
- Utilize customer feedback, usage analytics, and market trends to refine and evolve the product strategy continually.
Desired Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years’ experience directing product management in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Proven track record managing complex enterprise software products with significant user experience complexity, delivering solutions from conception through mass adoption.
- Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate in designing system architectures with engineering, especially around AI product trade-offs involving retrieval-augmented generation, agentic frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.
- Expertise in articulating AI product requirements including evaluation metrics, fallback mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop designs, appreciating the inherent probabilistic nature of AI outputs versus deterministic software.
- Strong UX design judgment, capable of crafting detailed product specifications, challenging confusing interfaces, and maintaining rigorous standards for presenting AI-driven information.
- Experience designing data-intensive, workflow-centered user experiences emphasizing clarity and trust.
- Skilled in structured customer discovery practices such as interviews, usability testing, and feedback integration that directly shape product development.
- Comfort and aptitude for engaging with senior finance and procurement executives as a credible product advocate grounded in domain knowledge and conviction.
- Ability to write comprehensive product requirement documents, strategic plans, and specifications that enable engineering progression without extensive meetings.
- Disciplined approach to defining and monitoring success metrics pre- and post-launch.
Preferred Background
- Experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM), procurement, spend management, or financial operations domains.
- Background in analytics platforms, financial systems, or commercial operations tools development.
- Hands-on experience working with AI and machine learning teams to deploy intelligent products, including defining model evaluations, managing outputs, and improving AI feature quality.
- Familiarity with platform ecosystems, system integrations, or marketplace business models.
- Experience contributing in early-stage, high-growth startups (Series A-C) helping build product functions from foundational stages.
- Knowledge of graph databases, knowledge graph technologies, or handling structured commercial data.
Why Join Terzo
