Role Overview
Join Meta as a Creative Strategist where you'll utilize AI-driven methodologies to revolutionize marketing strategy development. Leveraging advanced AI tools—including large language models and Meta AI—you will help shape systems that optimize ad delivery and enhance content discovery, positively impacting advertisers' business growth. You'll collaborate within the Creative Strategy North America team to design innovative, AI-powered marketing campaigns for leading global brands, boosting brand performance and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a creative vision and strategic plans focused on maximizing business outcomes for clients and Meta.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaborations with client sales teams, creatives, and agencies to ensure success with large enterprises.
- Develop engaging creative solutions that motivate and influence client decisions.
- Apply data and insight-driven approaches to address creative challenges, monitor progress, and ensure sustainable improvements.
- Coordinate multiple internal partnerships to align diverse objectives and nurture collaborative achievements.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta's emerging products and advertising formats and integrate them into client strategies promptly.
- Diagnose client creative challenges and design, implement, and scale effective solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex projects and influencing stakeholders, including digital and content production with clients and agencies.
- Hands-on proficiency creating compelling presentations, mockups, and videos.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong data literacy with experience using dashboards to extract actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows, enhancing efficiency and quality.
- Active skill progression in AI technologies such as prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
- Commitment to responsible AI practices including risk assessments, bias mitigation, and quality controls.
- Experience with ad performance measurement techniques like attribution modeling, brand lift studies, or conversion optimization.

Compensation
The role offers a salary range of $162,000 to $229,000 per year, complemented by bonuses, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. The stated range reflects base salary only, exclusive of additional incentives.
