Position Summary
The Performance Marketing Coordinator supports Madewell’s paid media efforts across Affiliate, Paid Social, and Paid Search platforms. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, this role involves overseeing campaign operations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of advertising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate creative assets for Affiliate, Paid Search, and Paid Social campaigns by liaising with Project Managers and agency partners to secure timely delivery and thorough audits.
- Manage influencer marketing logistics, including maintaining records, fulfilling gifting orders, and analyzing campaign outcomes.
- Work closely with teams such as Influencer Marketing, Site Merchandising, and Operations to support daily paid media activities.
- Assist in evaluating creative effectiveness and support experimentation with new messaging, formats, and ad units alongside Creative and agency teams.
- Contribute to paid media briefing processes for launches, promotions, and timely content opportunities.
- Improve current workflow processes to enhance accuracy, relevance, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Between zero to three years of experience in marketing roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.
- Prior experience at an agency or with a direct-to-consumer retail brand is a plus.
- Collaborative team player adept at working in cooperative environments.

Compensation
The hourly rate ranges from $25.48 to $29.74, with salary considerations based on geographic location, experience, skills, and job knowledge. Total rewards include competitive benefits and potential bonuses as part of the company’s compensation philosophy.
