This role is offered by a partner company based in Australia seeking a Creative Producer focused on female-oriented digital products designed to foster meaningful online connections globally. The position involves leading the creative testing process from ideation to performance review, integrating creativity, data analysis, and cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the complete creative testing framework including hypothesis formulation, decision criteria, testing thresholds, and optimization tactics.
- Generate innovative creative ideas and hypotheses derived from performance data, industry trends, and insights from sectors like e-commerce, gaming, and dating.
- Produce thorough creative briefs and work collaboratively with designers and AI-assisted content production systems to create impactful assets.
- Coordinate with user acquisition teams to implement creative tests and assess their results.
- Analyze creative outcomes based on essential metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, installs per mille, click-through rates, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and cohort retention.
- Maintain a comprehensive creative knowledge base that identifies top-performing themes and performance drivers.
- Deliver regular reports on the creative portfolio’s performance and suggest data-driven enhancements.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or similar roles within environments requiring high-volume content production, such as e-commerce, gaming, or dating.
- Practical experience with AI-based video and image generation tools like Seedance, Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, or HeyGen.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large datasets, dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance metrics analysis.
- Proven ability to craft precise creative briefs setting out hypotheses, references, and production guidelines.
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising dynamics and creative optimization techniques.
- Professional English communication skills suitable for the US market.
- Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is advantageous.
