Overview

This opportunity is for a Corporate Finance Manager specializing in General & Administrative functions, based in the United States with remote flexibility. The role involves becoming a strategic partner within a dynamic technology organization, supporting key corporate operations through financial planning, forecasting, and investment guidance. It combines analytical expertise, effective communication, and cross-department collaboration to enhance financial clarity and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders from People, Finance, Legal, Tax, and other corporate cost centers to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring efforts.
Manage monthly and quarterly variance analysis processes, interpreting actual results against forecasts while providing executive-level insights linking financial data to operational factors.
Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, synchronizing headcount, vendor expenditures, and discretionary budgets with strategic priorities.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to facilitate scenario planning and optimize investment decisions and resource distribution.
Utilize automation and AI-driven tools to refine financial workflows, expedite analyses, and bolster decision-making capacities.
Partner with Accounting on month-end close tasks including accruals, reclassifications, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
Identify and implement process improvements to bring structure where ambiguity exists and strengthen financial operational controls.
Prepare and present detailed financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities while adapting to shifting organizational demands and objectives.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Minimum of six years’ professional experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role.
Proven experience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and managing performance metrics.
Advanced expertise in financial modeling, data-driven analysis, and preparing executive-level reports.
Excellent communication skills to clearly present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Strong ability to balance competing priorities, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience in a rapidly growing technology environment such as SaaS, marketplaces, or public companies is preferred.
Additional background in consulting, equity research, analytics, or data science is advantageous.
Demonstrated interest and familiarity with leveraging AI and automation to streamline financial processes and insights.
