About the Role
As the Product Manager for Sublime LMS, you will lead the product direction by engaging with educational bootcamps, academies, and corporate training teams. Your mission will be to shape a strategic roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to launch features that effectively engage learners throughout their course journey — from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ownership and clearly communicate the roadmap for Sublime LMS.
- Uncover stakeholder and learner needs through thorough customer research.
- Create detailed and concise product specifications while working within a senior development pod.
- Monitor product outcomes and continuously refine the roadmap to achieve targeted impact.

- Minimum of four years experience in managing software products.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering products that users appreciate.
- Exceptional skills in discovery, product prioritization, and clear communication.
- Comfortable making decisions informed by both technical considerations and data analysis.
