Join Diaverum as the Clinical Manager overseeing renal care delivery at the Khamis Mushait clinic. Key Responsibilities

• Drive patient treatment volumes and meet targets supporting clinic financial and cluster growth plans.
• Manage budget discipline collaborating with cluster leadership to achieve EBITDA and optimize clinic margins through cost control and scheduling efficiencies.
• Ensure clinical care follows Diaverum protocols and medical management procedures documented in d.IMS, updating policies as needed.
• Maintain infection control, quality, and patient safety standards; proactively address incidents via Diaverum’s risk management and incident reporting systems.
• Engage patients by managing feedback platforms including Diaverum and Ministry of Health systems, closing feedback loops, and promoting digital patient tools like d.Care app.
• Prepare and respond to audits using d.CAT and ensure follow-up actions complete clinic improvement plans.
• Implement patient care evaluations involving Individual Patient Performance Scores (IPPS), Health-related Quality of Life (HrQoL), and Patient Perception of Care (PPC) with continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Utilize clinical digital platforms (d.CARE, iRIMS, TGS, Power BI dashboards) effectively to support both clinical excellence and operational performance.
• Maintain operational readiness by maximizing infrastructure uptime, managing medical equipment, water systems, and facilities in compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee supply chain logistics to prevent disruption in patient care and maintain clinic aesthetics and cleanliness adhering to brand and audit standards.
• Coordinate with Facility Management, IT, and support functions as the clinic’s primary operational contact.
• Produce timely and accurate clinic reports, comply with internal KPIs and Ministry of Health data requirements, and manage government inquiries or patient complaints.
• Ensure timely renewal of clinic licenses and compliance with Civil Defense and Municipality regulations.
• Lead contingency planning and ensure swift resolution of audit or inspection findings to maintain compliance readiness.
• Promote an inclusive workplace culture encouraging professional development and retention, supporting onboarding, training compliance, diversity, and female leadership advancement.
• Encourage digital adoption and enhance team digital skills including Microsoft 365 tools.
• Operate within defined responsibilities: accountable for financial and clinical KPIs, responsible for daily clinic performance, consulted on cluster initiatives, and informed on escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Profession, Healthcare Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years in clinical or healthcare operations with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in dialysis, renal, or chronic disease care services.
• Knowledge of Saudi health stakeholders including Ministry of Health, Health Holding Company, and CBAHI accreditation.
