Position Overview
We seek a committed and caring Clinic Administrator to join our dialysis center team in Singapore, dedicated to providing excellent service and support to patients and their caregivers. The candidate must be detail-focused, attentive, and have a sincere service-oriented approach to ensure True Care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute frontline reception and administrative tasks, including managing patient fees, generating invoices, and verifying payment methods and insurance coverage.
- Handle phone and email correspondence professionally.
- Oversee purchase order processes by liaising with multiple departments to secure all necessary documents and approvals.
- Conduct regular medication inventory checks and arrange replenishments.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to maintain smooth clinic functions.
- Manage pre-operative scheduling and coordination efficiently.
- Address patient inquiries and feedback attentively.
- Perform various administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Must commit to working five days per week from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Prior administrative experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- At least one year of healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification of "O" Level or equivalent.
- Experience in clerical, healthcare support, medical assistance, or related roles is a plus.
- Must be professional, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
