Role Overview

This position takes responsibility for the day-to-day management of the clinic facility to optimize clinical efficiency and financial performance. The Clinical Administrator will be the main liaison between the clinic, external parties, and headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all Diaverum policies and procedures consistently.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment within the clinic premises.
  • Participate in clinic audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with both internal Diaverum reports and country-specific regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Oversee the clinic’s physical presentation to ensure it reflects Diaverum's standards.
  • Manage labor-related activities concerning cleaners, security personnel, and maintenance staff.
  • Coordinate with the Head Nurse to ensure adequate clinic supplies are available.
  • Monitor product consumption and manage inventory for supplies and medications effectively.
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment, utilities, and housekeeping services.
  • Validate billing information accuracy and complete all billing procedures within three working days.
  • Manage the clinic’s petty cash and maintain precise inventory records.
  • Meet accounting deadlines for inventory counts, delivery notes, and claims processing.
  • Serve as the internal control representative within the clinic.
  • Submit all required reports in line with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support Quality Management Reviews (QMR) and ensure documentation complies with Diaverum’s standards.
  • Assist in onboarding and integrating new clinic staff members, including employee data coordination with HR.
  • Act as the primary contact for staff inquiries on-site.
  • Ensure adherence to Diaverum’s crisis communication protocols and overall brand identity compliance at the clinic level.
  • Function as the main liaison with the IT department and provide support for minor IT issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in hospital or healthcare management.
  • Minimum two years of administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare or related environment.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
