Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic's main entrance and escort them safely to the treatment rooms.
• Maintain a friendly and hospitable demeanor towards patients and their accompanying family members.
• Respectfully restrict family members from entering treatment areas to ensure privacy and safety.
• Assist patients by attending to their needs and distributing meals according to the established schedule.
• Support medication delivery to patients and assist with necessary documentation to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure that clinic assets, such as wheelchairs, are kept clean and operational.
• Facilitate daily transportation of consumable supplies from the warehouse to treatment zones.
