Role Overview
The Clinical Dietitian will manage nutrition care for designated clinic(s), ensuring superior service aligned with Diaverum’s clinical governance framework, emphasizing standards, measurement, education, and research excellence. Responsibilities encompass planning, implementing, and assessing nutrition therapy, promoting wellbeing through education, managing foodservice quality, conducting research, and administering preventive services to offer life-enhancing renal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective medical nutrition therapy, health education, and lifestyle guidance.
- Implement a continuous, precise Nutrition Care Process (NCP) for each patient.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical nutritional parameters adhering to national and international renal care standards.
- Oversee clinic foodservice operations to maintain food safety, quality, and optimal patient meal experience.
- Comply with Diaverum’s local and global policies, quality measures including medical KPIs, Joint Commission International (JCI) requirements, and regulatory standards concerning nutrition care.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certification as a Clinical Dietitian Specialist by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition; Master's degree is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years clinical dietetics experience in hospital or clinical settings is advantageous.
- Specialty experience in renal care, diabetes, or hypertension is considered favorable.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
