Role overview
This role focuses on delivering strategic compliance support to corporate clients for outbound immigration matters. You will be part of a consular services team that manages visa coordination for employees traveling from their home country to overseas assignments and business travel.
What you will do
- Coordinate visa and consular requirements for client employees travelling internationally.
- Work with embassies and consulates in Singapore and across the Asia-Pacific region to progress applications.
- Support employees in preparing and submitting documents needed for consular visa applications and overseas assignments.
- Keep client contacts updated on the status and movement of all visa cases.
- Build productive working relationships with external vendors outside Singapore to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track updates to consular rules, processes, and documentation requirements that may affect ongoing or future cases.
Qualifications and experience
The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Law, Human Resources, Business, or an equivalent discipline. You should have 1 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in labor mobility or immigration services. The role calls for strong client service orientation, sound analytical and judgment abilities, clear communication and facilitation skills, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. You should also be comfortable prioritizing tasks effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment.
