Role overview
This permanent, office-based role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia sits within the Premium Residency team and focuses on delivering high-quality advisory support for Saudi Arabia’s Premium Residency program. The consultant will handle corporate client and assignee cases from start to finish, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and excellent service.
The position requires close coordination with internal colleagues, clients, and government authorities to keep applications moving smoothly and to ensure timely completion.
Key responsibilities
- Own the complete Premium Residency case journey, from initial review and document collection through application drafting, submission, and ongoing follow-up.
- Act as the main contact for clients and assignees, explaining procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements clearly.
- Evaluate applicant eligibility and conduct consultation calls for prospective cases.
- Work with internal teams and relevant government bodies to advance applications.
- Track case status closely and resolve delays or issues in a proactive way.
- Make sure all work complies with internal controls and regulatory obligations.
- Keep case files and records updated accurately in internal systems.
- Support billing accuracy by ensuring required milestones and supporting documents are completed.
- Share knowledge and help improve team processes and working methods.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in immigration, global mobility, or PRO services in Saudi Arabia.
- Prior exposure to Premium Residency or other complex immigration matters is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Saudi immigration workflows and government procedures.
- Confident communication and strong client relationship skills.
- Good planning and organization abilities, with the capacity to manage several cases at once.
- Careful attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
- Ability to stay effective under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A self-starting, practical, solution-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Arabic language ability is preferred.
