Overview
This permanent full-time position is based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area and is part of Fragomen's Partner & Culture Office team. The HR Specialist plays a pivotal role in implementing the firm's Partner strategy by effectively managing coordination, governance, and operational execution related to the Partner lifecycle. The role ensures consistent, professional, and high-quality procedures supporting Partner promotion, performance, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an essential operational facilitator of the Partner & Culture Office to enable smooth and consistent delivery of Partner lifecycle processes.
- Produce data analyses, insights, and reports that enhance decision-making and provide transparency for key Partner initiatives.
- Maintain governance standards ensuring fairness, consistency, and transparency in Partner processes globally.
- Manage and improve Partner lifecycle data and analytics to foster clarity and insight across the firm.
- Coordinate and facilitate Partner programs, communications, and initiatives that embody the Partner & Culture Office strategy and cultivate a positive Partner experience.
Daily Activities
- Oversee the complete Partner election process by managing materials, schedules, and logistics to support robust decision-making and high-quality candidate engagement.
- Assist in Partner development reviews by coordinating meetings, collecting data, analyzing results, and tracking outcomes to identify trends in performance and development.
- Support the Partner Leadership Program by monitoring participation, gathering feedback, managing communications, and offering continuous improvement reports, including managing the P&CO SharePoint site and mailbox.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to sustain data accuracy and generate dashboards and reports to improve transparency and leadership insight into the Partner population.
- Ensure adherence to governance and continuously improve operational protocols for Partner promotion and development programs, aligning efforts with the overall P&CO operating model.
About the Partner & Culture Office
This dedicated team supports and strengthens Partner leadership, performance, development, and culture firm-wide through governance, analytics, operational assistance, and strategic initiatives. It partners with leadership, HR, and Partners globally to maintain high standards and guide leadership growth.
Candidate Profile
- Background in HR, HR operations, talent management, people analytics, or similar fields.
- Proficient in analytical report generation with advanced Excel skills, capable of data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decisions.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with experience managing SharePoint platforms and producing visually engaging, professional materials.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage complex multi-faceted processes with accuracy and detail orientation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, comfortable collaborating with senior leadership.
- Experience supporting performance, promotional, development, or leadership programs is advantageous.
- Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills while maintaining discretion handling sensitive information.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is between £31,800 and £60,900 per annum, dependent on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include participation in 401K and paid time off plans. All employment offers are contingent upon passing pre-employment screening including background checks and legal work verification.
