About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and steer our people strategy throughout the organization. This full-time mid to senior-level position involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development to foster business growth and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company’s objectives.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition efforts.
- Handle employee relations including resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and addressing workplace concerns.
- Lead performance management activities, such as appraisals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and employee growth plans.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and reward systems.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and internal protocols.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and initiatives enhancing workplace culture.
- Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development programs.
- Analyze HR data and offer insights to aid management decisions.
- Manage training and development programs to improve employee skills.
- Administer HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR-related digital tools.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align human capital strategy with business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in HR management, generalist roles, or business partnering within HR.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and recognized best practices.
- Proven skills in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with professionalism and discretion.
- Familiarity with HR technologies such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll software is favorable.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills suited for dynamic environments.
- Preferred educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; professional certifications like SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
