Job Overview
This senior leadership role focuses on advancing consistent and scalable retention strategies across various sectors within Compass Group. The individual will act as a pivotal connector between key stakeholders including retention strategy teams, operational units, and enterprise resources to guarantee effective execution of retention programs that yield measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge strategic partnerships with sector retention teams and operational leaders, fostering collaboration and mutual accountability for retention success.
- Comprehend and address sector-specific retention challenges and communicate feedback to refine retention approaches.
- Promote uniformity and scalability in retention methods, tools, and best practices while accommodating sector differences.
- Oversee adoption of enterprise retention methodologies such as Account Health Scores and Retention Risk Factors.
- Identify and propagate efficient retention processes organization-wide.
- Manage a central repository for retention-related resources and facilitate knowledge-sharing across sectors.
- Lead forums and communities of practice to encourage ongoing learning and innovation in retention.
- Monitor usage of retention tools, conduct portfolio reviews, and support continuous enhancement plans.
- Collaborate on retention governance, track progress, and contribute to the strategic planning of retention initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in account retention, client relationship management, operations, business transformation, or similar areas.
- Proven record of building cross-functional partnerships and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with influence capabilities.
- Experience in developing scalable operational frameworks and best practices.
- Strong analytical abilities to translate data insights into actionable plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in hospitality, foodservice, healthcare, education, or facilities management sectors.
- Knowledge of client retention, contract renewal processes, customer success, and account management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, BI tools, reporting platforms, and learning management systems.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an annual salary between $150,000 and $185,000 with eligibility for bonuses. The benefits package includes:
