Key Responsibilities

• Assist in accounting and reporting advisory assignments including purchase price allocation, carve-outs, and finance operating services.
• Utilize working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS frameworks to prepare client deliverables.
• Support process mapping and current-state evaluations during mergers and acquisitions integration projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Craft clear, professional written communications such as workpapers and client progress reports.

Candidate Requirements

• A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Between one and three years’ experience in accounting advisory, auditing, financial reporting, transaction services, or consulting roles.
• Fundamental understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP to contribute in accounting and reporting advisory engagements.
• Experience or familiarity with post-merger integration, carve-outs, finance transformation, or M&A projects is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in process mapping, current-state assessments, and documenting business activities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; ERP system exposure (SAP or Oracle) is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication competencies to produce thorough workpapers and client-ready documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within teams and manage multiple assignments in a dynamic consulting setting.
