Role Overview
The ICC International Court of Arbitration seeks an Administrative Assistant to join its Singapore-based case management team. This role entails supporting case procedures and communications essential to the Court's function.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily correspondence, including drafting, formatting, proofreading, and dispatching letters and emails, as well as arranging express courier deliveries.
- Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Follow up on case progress under the guidance of the case management team.
- Manage and update the ICC Court's case procedure database.
- Draft and prepare documents related to ICC Court notifications and decisions.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, especially within international organizations, law firms, or legal environments.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in South Asia is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in teams while also working independently.
- Highly organized, efficient, and proactive work approach.
- Advanced skills in computer applications, particularly MS Office suite.

Terms and Conditions
- Position located in Singapore at the ICC Secretariat facility.
- Permanent full-time contract.
- Anticipated immediate start.
- Monthly gross salary between SGD 3,500 and SGD 4,000.
