Role summary
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Specialist responsible for growing Insight Genesis – IGAi across its main product areas and target regions. The role centers on discovering and qualifying new opportunities, generating leads, strengthening relationships with potential partners and clients, and supporting the company’s long-term expansion goals.
What you will do
You will research markets, especially in emerging and underbanked regions, to identify trends and uncover growth opportunities. You will create and manage lead generation efforts, draft customized proposals, and coordinate product demonstrations with internal stakeholders. A key part of the job is working with product, marketing, and customer success teams so that client requirements are matched with the platform’s capabilities and the sales funnel continues to improve.
You will also monitor performance indicators, adjust outreach approaches based on results, and contribute to strategic partnership development and broader growth initiatives.
Qualifications
The role calls for a strong mix of analytical thinking, communication, sales discipline, and market awareness. Experience in technology-driven business development, especially across fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health tech, will be an advantage. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, collaborating across functions, and using CRM and digital communication tools.
