Role Summary
This is a full-time remote position focused on assisting users and community members who engage with the Insight Genesis platform. The specialist will answer questions, help people navigate product features, and contribute to a welcoming experience for users from varied regions and backgrounds.
What You Will Do
- Respond to user queries and provide support through digital communication channels.
- Guide users in understanding and using platform features effectively.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive experience for diverse communities.
- Coordinate outreach activities that strengthen community engagement.
- Collect user feedback and share useful insights with internal teams for service improvement.
- Facilitate online sessions that explain information, tools, and platform resources.
- Support users in accessing personalized guidance related to finance, careers, education, and health.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to create community initiatives, documentation, and support content.
Required Background
- Experience in community service and outreach, ideally with exposure to diverse groups.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, along with solid interpersonal ability.
- Customer service experience with an emphasis on empathy, issue resolution, and user satisfaction.
- Comfort using technology platforms, AI-enabled tools, and digital remote work environments.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate with distributed teams.
- A background in social work, community development, psychology, public service, or a related discipline is helpful.
- Experience serving communities in emerging or underserved markets is highly desirable.
- Sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic differences is important for success in this role.
