About the Role
This role is part of Google's global Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM) Program designed for early-career marketers. As an APMM, you will handle key marketing projects within your team, gain a broad range of marketing skills, join a supportive community of peers and mentors, and participate in targeted learning and development opportunities.
Marketing at Google revolves around blending technology with user needs in unique ways. The position involves highlighting how Google's products address challenges from everyday tasks to major endeavors, focusing on the user experience while letting technology showcase its value.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously gather insights and conduct detailed evaluations of business performance, acquisition funnels, and various marketing channels (including paid, owned, and agentic). Use data-driven findings to inform short-, medium-, and long-term marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition.
- Utilize AI tools and approaches to improve operational workflows and scale customized marketing efforts. Implement AI solutions to boost efficiency and derive deeper insights.
- Manage performance tracking, budgeting, and operational processes for APAC Ads Acquisitions and scaled marketing activities. Apply precise analytics to assess small and medium business growth by segment, supporting regular performance reviews and converting data into growth strategies.
- Analyze both internal and external data to uncover and confirm growth opportunities in untapped areas. Design initiatives using AI and clear go-to-market strategies to test these opportunities.
Qualifications and Preferences
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or comparable practical experience.
- Experience in marketing, brand management, consulting, agency work, technology, or related fields gained through full-time roles, internships, academic projects, or coursework.
- Preferably, at least 3 years of full-time professional experience in relevant roles.
- Strong knowledge of the small and medium business market landscape in the Asia-Pacific region and the digital advertising environment.
- Keen interest and understanding of Google's product suite, technology innovations, and leadership in Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven enthusiasm for marketing and technology, with a solid grasp of Google’s AI tools.
- Global perspective with the ability to think across various disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios, combined with adaptability to ambiguity.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills with strategic thinking aptitude.
