- Create pitch books, client presentations, transaction documents, market updates, and syndication plans.
- Work cooperatively with coverage bankers, underwriting, credit, legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Participate in transaction execution processes including internal credit and market approvals, due diligence, and documentation review.
- Maintain and update relevant comparative and loan-related databases to support pricing, structuring, and transaction terms formulation.
- Perform administrative tasks tied to transaction execution such as Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, funds flow preparation, document management, and loan closing deliverables.
Candidate Profile

- Fundamental knowledge of capital structure analysis, loan and fixed-income products, and loan capital markets.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling techniques, and fixed-income valuation is essential.
- A proactive, detail-focused attitude with capability to handle multiple priorities under strict deadlines within a lean team setting.

The base salary range for this position is from $110000 to $130000, determined by candidates’ skills, education, certifications, and experience, alongside market and internal factors. Aside from the salary and comprehensive employee benefits, a discretionary bonus may also be awarded.
Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States. Mizuho does not provide visa sponsorship or assist with employment-based immigration paperwork for this role, including for F-1 (CPT/OPT/STEM OPT), TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or H-1B statuses.
