Team and Vision
The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) team's vision is to drive economic growth globally through an innovative and effective marketing platform. The Growth and Mid Market segment helps businesses reach and engage their professional audiences, while the Performance and Expansion team partners with startups and high-potential clients to support their expansion by leveraging LinkedIn's premier advertising products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with marketing decision-makers at B2B startup companies.
- Advise prospective clients on optimizing LinkedIn's advertising tools to meet their marketing goals.
- Educate customers about the LinkedIn marketing platform to establish lasting partnerships.
- Consistently strive to exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with client solutions managers and cross-functional teams to enhance customer value.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline and forecast.
- Proactively address challenges and take on emerging initiatives and responsibilities.
- Contribute innovative ideas and best practices to team discussions and strategy.
- Commit to continuous learning and professional development within the sales domain.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in advertising, marketing, media, or business development.
- At least 2 years in digital media sales or account management.
Preferred:
- Background working with startup marketers or within startup environments.
- 5+ years in digital media sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads platform.
- Strong skills in discovery and understanding client business objectives.
- Experience with outreach tools such as SalesLoft.
- Ability to manage a substantial volume of client accounts effectively.

Compensation
The role offers an on-target earnings range of $171,000 to $260,000, including salary, annual bonuses, stock options, and other incentives. Compensation packages vary depending on experience, skills, certifications, and office location due to local labor cost differences.
